Our member Louise made the cover of this article from Faster Masters Rowing! It's titled Rowing and Aging each decade, and covers Masters rowing for people from their 20's into their 80's and beyond. Between youth and adult programs, rowing is a great sport for all ages.

The Gorge Narrows Rowing Club rows on the Gorge Waterway in Victoria, British Columbia. We're located just south of the Selkirk Trestle Bridge, only a couple of minutes from downtown, and right next to Galloping Goose Regional Trail. It's easy to get here by foot, bicycle, car, or transit.
We offer recreational, competitive, para, and casual rowing programs for both beginning and experienced youth and adults.
If you're curious about rowing with us, check out our New to Our Club page.
